Failed generations
When the generation provider confirms a render has failed, its video pass is returned automatically. Refresh your balance to see the update. An interrupted connection does not necessarily mean a failed render; the studio will attempt to recover the existing task.
Payment questions
If a payment was charged but passes have not appeared, return to the same browser and choose Already paid? Refresh balance. Payment processing can take a little time. Keep your payment receipt.
Requesting assistance
For duplicate charges, unused-pack refund requests, or lost access, contact support with the receipt reference and a description of the issue. Never send card details. Refund requests are reviewed individually; your applicable consumer rights are not affected.
